Sharon P. Stiller is a member of Boylan, Brown, Code, Vigdor & Wilson's Employment Law and Litigation practice groups. She concentrates her practice on employment law, matrimonial, and dispute resolution matters, including those addressed through mediation, arbitration and litigation. She also represents businesses in all types of litigation in federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies, including contract disputes, discrimination claims and wage disputes.

Prior to joining Boylan Brown, Ms. Stiller was most recently a partner at the firm of Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel in Rochester, and was previously a partner at the law firm of Underberg & Kessler for 22 years. Ms. Stiller is a fellow of the American Bar Association College of Labor and Employment Law and has been appointed to the American Arbitration Association Employment Law Panel as a neutral in employment arbitration and mediation. She is the author of Employment Law in New York, the definitive guide to employment law in New York State. She is also a frequent lecturer and trainer on employment law and litigation topics.

Ms. Stiller is active in numerous community organizations, including United Way, Mercy Outreach, Little Theater, Rochester Community Baseball, and the National Women’s Hall of Fame. She was a recipient of the Monroe County Bar Association‘s “Raymond J. Pauley Award” (1999), as well as the Rochester Women's Network "W" Award (1997), and was elected to the Seneca Falls Women's Hall of Fame "Women's Wall of Fame" (1997).
