Leanne Reed, LCSW, CLC, CCMC brings over two decades of experience as a leader, clinical social worker and transition coach to benefit her clients. Leanne brings to the Collaborative process her professional experience with communication dynamics, solution focused problem resolution, conflict resolution, family and marital dynamics, impact of separation and divorce on children and couples, transition dynamics and group facilitation.
Within the Collaborative process Leanne works diligently to enhance communcation and facilitate positive interactions to enable a healthy resolution for separating and divorcing clients. She also works directly with service professionals and referred clients in the areas of communcation, balance, transition, business development and leadership.
Leanne is proud to have held executive leadership positions for regional and national organizations. Leanne has a broad range of skills including executive and personal coaching, psychotherapy, strategic planning and implementation, new business development, marketing and positioning, organizational development, team enhancement and training.
Leanne currently serves as a Board Member and Marketing co-Chair for the Collaborative Law Association of the Rochester Area. She is also a member of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals.
