I have been an attorney for twenty-three years, litigating cases in California, Hawaii and New York. My experience as a litigator and trial attorney have made me realize the best way to resolve disputes is for both sides to work cooperatively and openly with each other.

The collaborative process keeps the best interests of your children at the forefront. You make the important decisions for yourself and your children based on your values and your needs, instead of having the Court impose the terms on you.

After graduating with a B.A. from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio, I obtained my law degree from the University of San Francisco. I am licensed to practice law in California, Hawaii, New York, the District of Columbia and the Federal Court system. I am a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Monroe County Bar Association, the Association Of Collaborative Family Law Attorneys and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
