I have been a practicing attorney for over 30 years. A significant portion of my practice concerns family law, including matrimonial matters involving issues related to finances and parenting. My involvement in these matters has been as advocate, advisor, mediator and law guardian.

The process of Collaborative Law offers an opportunity for separating and divorcing couples to choose a process which is transparent, flexible and respectful. Beyond avoiding some of the worst polarizing aspects of litigation, the Collaborative Law Process has the potential to enhance a family’s ability to make a mutually acceptable transition plan. I believe that the agreements reached are more likely to be honored and the participants are frequently able to react more constructively to future needs due to changing circumstances.
