Christine D. Gordon (Attorney)

My practice is limited to collaborative family law. I am fully committed to the collaborative process and to developing my collaborative skills to provide the most effective representation possible for my clients. My experience includes representing spouses and children in traditional divorce litigation. When I worked as an assistant to a judge, I resolved many divorce cases while acting as a mediator in settlement conferences.
I was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1978 after graduating from Cornell Law School in 1977. I am a member of the New York State Bar Association. In 2000 I received my M.S. in Education from Nazareth College and have education and experience related to children.
Part of my philosophy is to try to lead a balanced life, with time for family and friends in addition to my professional work. I belong to Toastmasters International and I volunteer at the Susan B. Anthony House and the Genesee Country Village & Museum.
