Separation/Divorce is undeniably a time of intense emotion. Periods of great change always are. Collaborative Law provides the process for you to effectuate this change in a dignified manner in which you are informed, empowered and in control of the process every step of the way.
I believe that one of the best features of Collaborative Law is how the process can be uniquely tailored to address the specific needs of the clients and their families. This "client-centered" approach makes Collaborative Law the preferred mechanism for helping couples resolve their difficulties in a manner that satisfies their short and long term goals.
I always look forward to showing new clients the many benefits of Collaborative Law.
Upon graduating with a B.A. in History from Binghamton University, i went on to earn my J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. I am a member of the Family Law Section of the American, New York, and Monroe County Bar Associations as well as the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. I am admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts and Georgia. Prior to practicing solely in the area of matrimonial and family law, I handled a variety of complex litigation matters at the state and federal level.
