I am a founding partner of our firm, which dates back to 1969. I have an active, full time pracitce and have over 45 years of experience in the Matrimonial and Family Law areas of law. I was Chairman of the New York State Bar Family Law Section, consisting of over 3,000 members throughout New York State, from 1986-1988 and a member of its Executive Committee since then. I am a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and have been listed in all editions of “The Best Lawyers in America” under the specialty of Family Law. I have been trained in the Collaborative Law practice. I am a member of the Association of Collaborative Family Law Attorneys and of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Approximately 1/3 of my practice is now devoted to my Collaborative cases.

I have lectured throughout the State of New York on behalf of the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
